We ship using different couriers depending on where the shipping address is. These couriers include: Canada Post, DHL, and SF Express. We offer free shipping worldwide and provide a tracking number for all deliveries with few exceptions. 

If you live outside of North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and some Asian countries, we ship by regular mail and cannot guarantee our delivery or provide a tracking number when you a order sample size (5ml) or 15ml bottle of Eczend. We cannot provide free shipping for these orders. If you order 30ml of Eczend or more, we are able to offer free shipping and provide a tracking number.
